The Stanislavsky Factory Business Center used to be an industrial building, and that is why it's ceiling is about 5.5 m high and the office can be arranged at two-level space. The space was not merely divided; it turned to get conceptual and the functional blocks were clearly outlined. Here, the first floor is used as a working space, while the second floor (the mezzanine) represents, in fact, a large communication zone with the main meeting room, two medium-sized meeting rooms, video game zone, additional WC and cafeteria zone that can be a site for general meetings of employees or a tribune stand for a speaker. The office logistics allows an access to the second floor from the main zones on the first floor in a maximum convenient way. The office is designed as an office-scape, that is the office is created as a landscape, as an urban environment. No corridors are used in here; the whole space is zoned by functional blocks. Yet, the accounting department is located in a stand-alone quiet zone: the architects succeeded to arrange the work requiring concentration without any corridors and enclosed rooms. Several TV editorial boards neighbour on in the working zone. All the above required various types of meeting rooms and spaces for informal communication. The office was intended as a continuous working space, that’s why various ways for quick and convenient transition from isolated to team work were implemented. Internet is available in any point of the office for the work purposes and a personal computer can be connected to the common display in any meeting room. There are the high backed sofas for solitary work or random negotiations at the first level.
