one of the Philip Morris International (PMI) affiliates, a leading international tobacco manufacturer. The company operates in the field of sales arrangement and support of PMI brand cigarettes in Russia, has its headquarters in Moscow and an extensive network of regional offices throughout the country. The office in Rostov-on-Don is one of the largest in Russia. The move to the largest business center building in the city was related to the renewal of the company Russian offices network.
The business center building is irregular in shape with the complex rounded all-glass facade. It imposed serious restrictions on the layout and design. Besides, the client wanted to equip a mezzanine in the part of the office where there was a significant difference in height between the floors. To implement this design, a great work was done to prepare a constructive project and its coordination with all authorities. The work complexity is also associated with the short design and construction terms. An additional complication was that Philip Morris Sales and Marketing was the first tenant of the business center. Accordingly, all the processes of coordination with the operation service had to be established from scratch. The main design motive for the interior of the new company office was the theme of Formula 1 racing, as a bright and vivid example of well-coordinated teamwork. The entire interior is designed in a free, playful style - with neutral colors in work areas and bright accents in places of informal communication.
